HairEthere - Ai Hair Color

HairEthere is a portrait-based hair styling preview app built around on-device privacy. Your portraits, generated previews, and saved creations are handled through local processing on your iPhone or iPad. Information you keep stays only on your device. When you delete a color look or motion clip in the gallery, those files are removed from your phone. HairEthere does not collect facial data, biometric identifiers, or face profiles for identification or tracking.

Preview new hair colors and gentle hair motion before you visit a salon. Two studios are available from the home screen: Color studio for still-image recolor previews, and Motion studio for short video clips. Saved color looks and motion clips are stored together in one private on-device gallery.

Color studio

Add a portrait from your photo library or camera. Choose from ten presets: Milk Tea Brown, Chocolate Brown, Ash Brown, Warm Caramel, Cool Ash Blonde, Honey Blonde, Chestnut Brown, Natural Auburn, Wine Burgundy, or Dark Espresso. Tap Generate and an AI model recolors only the hair while aiming to keep your face, hairstyle shape, outfit, and background unchanged. Swipe between Original and Preview, tap Compare, and pinch to zoom. Results are saved into your on-device library through local processing. Your portrait files remain on your device and are not collected as facial data.

Motion studio

Pick a portrait, then choose Soft breeze, Glam turn, Runway walk, or Dreamy drift. HairEthere prepares a short MP4 clip, about five seconds long, with subtle hair movement. Progress feedback appears while the clip is being prepared. Saved clips are stored locally alongside your color looks. Deleting a clip removes its video and cover image from your phone.

Gallery

Browse every saved color look and motion clip in one place. Filter by All, Colors, or Clips. Open an item to compare original and result for color looks, or play a motion clip in a looping preview. Save to Photos or share through the iOS share sheet. Re-open a saved color look to try another preset. Delete one item or use batch mode with confirmation. Your gallery exists only on your device with no cloud sync. Local processing keeps your saved work under your control until you delete it.

Privacy you control

HairEthere does not collect face or biometric data for identification, profiling, or tracking. Previews and saved files are managed on your device through local processing. Looks and clips stay in your private on-device library until you remove them. Deleting a record removes its images or video from local storage. We do not sell your portraits to advertisers or unrelated third parties. A privacy summary appears at first launch. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are in Settings. Contact support@hairethere.com. A purple-gradient interface with bottom navigation for Studio, Gallery, and More. The gallery screen includes shortcuts to start a new color look or motion clip.

How to get started

Open a studio, add a portrait, pick a preset, and generate. Review the result in your gallery, then save to Photos or share from the detail screen. Delete any item anytime to clear that data from your device.
