HOW IT WORKS

1. Log your meals broken down by ingredient. Scan a product barcode and the ingredients fill in automatically.
2. Mark symptoms as they appear, with intensity.
3. After 5 days, generate your AI report.
4. Get recipes that avoid the flagged ingredients.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

• It logs INGREDIENTS, not dishes. Reactions happen at ingredient level, so that's where you have to look. • It interprets the data for you. Instead of a list of entries to review by hand, you get safe ingredients, suspect ingredients and your symptom rate. • It accounts for context. Sleep, stress, exercise and hydration feed into the analysis, because not every symptom comes from food. • It closes the loop. The report turns into actual recipes, with three restriction levels: relaxed, moderate and strict.
