Each morning, the apps you choose stay locked behind a gentle shield until you complete one short affirmation session — a quick check-in on how close you feel to your goals, your mood for the day, and a single affirmation written just for you. Tap "I affirm," and your apps unlock until tomorrow.

HOW IT WORKS

Choose the apps you want to keep out of reach each morning. Set a daily reminder. When you open a locked app, Affie invites you to do your affirmation first. Finish the session and everything unlocks until the next day. ABOUT AI Your daily affirmation is generated with the help of AI, personalised from the focus areas and mood you choose. No personal information or identity is sent — only your chosen themes. If AI is ever unavailable, Affie uses a hand-written library of affirmations built into the app, so it always works.

SUBSCRIPTION Affie is a subscription app. Plans and any free-trial terms are shown in the app before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. A one-time lifetime option is also available.
