HOW IT WORKS Horizon combines satellite flood and rainfall forecasts — including Copernicus Emergency Management Service data — to estimate river-flood and heavy-rain risk almost anywhere, even where there are no local river gauges. It's built to stay fast and clear on a basic phone and a slow connection.
