MedQlub is a professional tool for verified medical doctors in India. It turns a busy clinic day into structured, evidence-backed patient records — dictated at the bedside, cited to the peer-reviewed literature, and ready when the patient returns.

BUILT FOR DOCTORS, VERIFIED FOR SAFETY

Every doctor is verified against the Indian Medical Register (NMC) or a state medical council before they can practice inside the app. Doctors submit their registration number, year, and council during sign-up. Automatic verification runs against the public NMC IMR; anything ambiguous is reviewed manually. Only verified doctors get full Ask Evidence access.

CORE FEATURES

Voice-first clinical notes. Tap Add Note, pick a patient, and dictate. MedQlub transcribes your dictation, structures it into a clean SOAP note, and highlights the key issues, active problems, and plan. You can also type, take a photo of an ECG or wound, or attach a lab PDF.

Ask Evidence. Ask any bedside question in natural language ("what is the current dose of dapagliflozin in stage 3 CKD?") and get an answer grounded in a corpus of over 500,000 peer-reviewed medical articles, with citations you can open. Answers cite year, journal, and section.

Living patient chart. Every note updates the patient's AI summary automatically — a two-line orientation of what is going on with them, plus their active issues, active diagnoses, active medications, and key history. When the patient returns, you see the trajectory at a glance.

Practice-safe design. Attach photos and files from your gallery to the specific patient. Everything is scoped to your doctor account — patients belong to you, not to a shared pool.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Doctor authentication is via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. Patient data is scoped to the treating doctor. Files travel over short-lived signed URLs; storage is per-doctor and encrypted at rest on AWS in India.
