Adviser IQ Portal is the secure client app for customers of Adviser IQ mortgage and protection advisers.

If your adviser uses Adviser IQ, this app gives you one private place to manage everything about your mortgage or protection case:

• Track your case — see exactly what stage your application is at, in real time. • Share documents securely — upload payslips, bank statements and ID by photographing them with your phone or attaching a file. • Complete your fact find — answer your adviser's questions at your own pace, with your progress saved as you go. • Sign documents — review and sign paperwork without printing anything. • Message your adviser — ask questions and get updates without chasing emails. • Sign in with Face ID — quick, secure access every time.

Your information is encrypted and only ever visible to you and your advising firm.

You'll need an invitation from your adviser to use the app. If you don't have one yet, contact your adviser and they'll send you access.
