When you reach for Instagram, TikTok, or whatever steals your hours, Grounded stops you with a shield — and the only way through is to beat a quick challenge first. That tiny pause is usually all it takes to put the phone back down.

HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps you want to block • Block them all the time, or only during set hours each day • Open a blocked app and Grounded shows a shield • Beat a challenge to earn a short window of access • When time's up, the apps re-block automatically
