Businesses can receive and manage incoming orders, set preparation times, update order statuses, and receive notifications about new orders and important updates.

Couriers can view available deliveries, accept delivery requests, update pickup and delivery stages, and share their location during an active delivery while using the app.

Access is intended only for businesses and couriers registered and approved by the 3bali platform.
