RPG Pocket is a local player, save editor, and translator for user-provided RPG Maker MV and MZ games. It is designed for players who already have supported MV/MZ game packages and want a better way to play, translate, and adjust saves on iPhone or iPad.

Built-in Save Editor

• Edit supported MV/MZ save slots inside the app

Dialogue Translator

• Uses Apple's on-device Translation framework on iOS 18 or later

MV/MZ Game Player

• Import supported ZIP, 7z, or RAR archives from Files

Compatibility Tools RPG Pocket includes support for common MV/MZ runtime needs, including local resource loading, save isolation between games, OGG audio handling, encrypted asset support, and compatibility shims for common plugin behavior.

How It Works

1. Export or obtain a supported RPG Maker MV/MZ game package that you have the right to use.
2. Import the archive from the Files app.
3. Select the game in your library.
4. Play locally, translate dialogue, manage saves, and edit supported save data.

Important Notes RPG Pocket does not include commercial games. You must provide your own legally obtained RPG Maker MV/MZ game files.

Compatibility depends on each game's export format, plugins, encryption, audio assets, and custom save structure. Some custom games, plugins, or save formats may not be fully supported.

Dialogue translation requires iOS 18 or later and a supported language pair. Translation availability may vary by device, system language, and installed language models.
