HOW IT WORKS

1. A customer publishes a requirement with a clear scope, a rate-validity window and a bid deadline.
2. Transporters see it in their open-requirements feed and submit sealed bids.
3. The customer reviews all bids side by side and awards the work to the vendor of their choice.
4. Both parties get milestone updates through the movement and can leave a review at the end.
