Hello, I recently started playing Crazy Water World and have genuinely enjoyed the game. Because I liked the game and wanted to support it, I purchased the Premium Monthly Pass, several heroes, and various in-game resources. However, after progressing beyond the beginner stage, I realized that the Guild War and other major guild activities on my current server take place at approximately 4–5 AM in my U.S. time zone. Because of my work schedule and normal sleeping hours, it is essentially impossible for me to participate at that time. This means that I will not be able to properly participate in guild activities or enjoy an important part of the game going forward. I actually do not want to quit the game, so a refund is not my first choice. If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if the support team could transfer my account to a server with event times that are more suitable for North American players, while allowing me to keep the heroes, monthly pass, and other items I have already purchased. If a server transfer is possible, I would be happy to continue playing and supporting the game. However, if transferring my account to another server is completely impossible, then unfortunately I will not be able to continue playing the game normally. In that case, I would like to request a refund for the purchases I have already made. I have also already contacted customer support and have been waiting for more than 48 hours without receiving any response. That is why I am posting here on the forum in hopes that someone from the official team can assist me. I am not requesting a refund because I dislike the game. In fact, I enjoyed it enough that I was willing to spend money to support it. The problem is that I only became fully aware of the guild event schedule after progressing beyond the beginner stage. My preferred solution is a server transfer. If that is not possible, I kindly ask the support team to help me with a refund.
