NuqtaPass Staff is the companion app for shop owners and staff using NuqtaPass loyalty cards. Scan customer QRs, add stamps or points, redeem rewards, and grow your shop — all from the counter.

Built for fast hands-on use during a busy day:

— SCAN AND STAMP IN ONE TAP Open the app, point at the customer's wallet pass, and stamp. Supports QR codes, barcodes, Aztec, DataMatrix, and PDF417. Works whether the customer scans from Apple Wallet or your shop's signup link.

— STAMP OR POINTS, YOUR CHOICE Switch between stamp cards ("buy 6, get 1 free") and points programs ("1 point per OMR spent") from settings. Configure earn rate, redeem rate, and per-visit caps to match how your shop runs.

— EVERY CUSTOMER, AT A GLANCE Browse your customer list, search by phone, and tap any row for full history — stamps, redemptions, lifetime spend, and recent activity. Add stamps, undo mistakes, or redeem rewards directly from the card view.

— MANAGE YOUR TEAM Admins can create staff accounts, set roles, reset passwords, and revoke access — without leaving the app.

— STATS THAT MATTER See active cards, redemption counts, and total stamps at a glance. Spot your busiest hours with the activity heatmap. Track 30-day return rate, churn rate, and per-customer visit frequency.
