Onlyours: Chat & Shared Vault

Onlyours is a private encrypted vault and message thread for two consenting adults.

Share personal photos, videos, and messages with one partner in a space designed around consent, ownership, and clear access control. Each partner keeps ownership of their own vault files, chooses when access is allowed, and can revoke access when needed.

What you can do with Onlyours:

• Pair privately with one partner by QR code
• Add photos and videos to your encrypted vault
• Request and approve access before private media is viewed
• Send encrypted messages with photo or video attachments
• See which items are yours, which belong to your partner, and what access state each item has
• Revoke access, delete vault content, and leave a shared vault
• Protect the app with Face ID or device authentication
• Receive partner activity alerts for important consent and privacy events

Free and Premium:

Onlyours is free to download and use. The free version is supported by ads and includes a starter amount of encrypted storage: up to 3 vault photos or videos, encrypted chat attachments up to 1 GB per month, and individual encrypted videos up to 512 MB.

Onlyours Premium is an optional auto-renewable subscription, available monthly or yearly, that:

• Removes all ads
• Unlocks unlimited vault photos and videos
• Removes the monthly limit on encrypted chat attachments
• Raises the encrypted video size limit to 5 GB per video

One Premium subscription covers both paired partners. Pairing, messaging, consent and access controls, Face ID protection, and partner alerts remain available for free. Subscription prices are shown in the app before any purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.

Onlyours is not a public social network, dating app, feed, or cloud album. There are no followers, public profiles, or discovery features. It is a focused private space for one couple.

Privacy and safety:

Media and messages are encrypted before they leave your device. Sync uses Firebase to move encrypted payloads between paired devices. Onlyours is built to make consent visible in the interface: viewing, approval, expiry, and revocation are explicit actions, not hidden background states.

Onlyours cannot prevent someone from photographing a screen with another device, but the app uses protected viewing behavior and privacy alerts to reduce on-device capture risk and keep partners informed.

Onlyours is intended for adults.
