SpicaGF is a priority-first task planner. Before you decide "what to do," it helps you decide "what matters most."

Built on the paper-planner habit many people have used for years—ranking each day's tasks by ABC (importance) × number (order) and working from the top—rebuilt as a searchable, reliable digital version that never loses your data.

Calendar integration Show your device calendar events on the same screen—create, edit, and set alerts right there. See events and tasks at a glance.

Search and notes Full-text search across tasks and their attached notes. Markdown notes keep the details right next to each task.

Sync across devices Sign in and your data syncs automatically. It's stored safely in the cloud.

Monthly goals Set a goal for the month and link daily tasks to it. See the connection in your task list, and track progress in the monthly view. (Premium)

Monthly calendar view See a month of tasks at a glance. Tap a date to jump to that day.

Export your data (CSV) Your data is yours. Export it as CSV.

Subscriptions are billed to your App Store account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
