Focus on today, with mo.Today.
mo.Today brings your schedule and to-dos together on a single screen, so today is clear at a glance — a simple, beautiful design you can look at every day without fatigue.
The beauty of simplicity
The screen you see every day should be simple. When too much shows at once, the one thing that matters — what to do today — gets buried. mo.Today shows only today's tasks and events on one screen. Yesterday, tomorrow, next month: anything you don't need right now stays out of sight, so you can give today your full attention.
What you must do today, and what you can
There are two kinds of things in a day: what you have to do today, and what you could get done while you have today. mo.Today lets you set when each to-do appears, so you can hold both. Keep the things that aren't urgent tucked away until the day you choose — today's screen stays focused on what's due, and each one surfaces on its own as its deadline nears. Or let the things you'd like to get ahead on show early, so you can handle them the moment you have time. Never rushed at the last minute, never missing the chance to work ahead — so you make the most of the day you have.
New in this return
Two things the 2013 mo.Today never had, added for this release.
• Routines that fit your rhythm
Everyone keeps a different rhythm. A once-a-day routine like taking medication, a few-times-a-week routine like working out three times a week, a set-time routine like meditating at 7 each morning — mo.Today holds your daily rhythm in three ways. No fixating on how many days in a row; just your own pace.
• A bucket list for someday
Some things aren't urgent, but you carry them anyway — a place to visit, something to learn, a promise to yourself. mo.Today keeps those wishes in a place of their own. They rest quietly at the edge of today's screen, and on the day you fulfill one, the date is etched beside it to mark the moment. No nudging, no ranking — just kept close, so you don't forget.
Never miss the moment
Ten minutes before a meeting, the time of an appointment, a report deadline. Some moments you can't afford to forget. mo.Today reminds you as a deadline draws near — with notifications you can see at a glance, even on the lock screen, so nothing on today's list slips by.
Your calendar, on the same screen
Work meetings in one app, personal to-dos in another — moving between them is a hassle. mo.Today brings in your iPhone's built-in calendar events and shows them on one screen. Events and to-dos line up in time order, so your whole day comes into view at once.
How many days to go?
How many days until the exam, how long until an anniversary, what date lands 100 days from now — counting across a calendar by finger is tedious. mo.Today has a built-in date calculator. Pick a target date from a starting point and it shows the gap in days instantly; or type a number of days and it tells you when that falls. Then jump straight to that date to see what's already on your schedule for it.
The same today, on every iPhone
With iCloud, you see the same today across all your iPhones. Switch to a new device, or carry a work phone and a personal one — your today is the same wherever you are. Nothing is stored on an outside server, so your data stays entirely your own.
Make it your own
If it's a screen you see every day, you'll want a picture you love behind it. mo.Today lets you bring in a photo from your library as the background. Family photos, a place you traveled, a painting you love — start today in your own atmosphere. Your image settles naturally over the clean default design.
