Keihiba is an offline, one-time-purchase receipt organizer for freelancers and sole proprietors in Japan. It acts as the front-end to your accounting software — organize your paperwork and export to CSV or PDF.

■ Scan + Organize Instantly Capture receipts with your camera, or import electronic transaction data (PDF/image) from Files or the Share Sheet. On-device text recognition reads the date, amount, and merchant — review and correct before saving.

■ See the Original Any Time Stored originals (images and PDFs) can be zoomed and shared inside the app, and the full change history of edits and deletions sits on the same screen.

■ Search + Summarize Search by date, amount, merchant, category, or note. View monthly, yearly, or custom-range totals broken down by expense category and tax rate on a clear chart.

■ Hand Off Export CSV for accounting software (generic, freee, or Money Forward presets) and a PDF report with thumbnails of the originals — monthly or for a whole year.
