Omom is a tracking and management app for people trying to conceive.

Built around the idea that it’s okay to push forward and okay to rest, Omom makes it easy to record your cycle, how you feel, and your daily notes—without pressure.

【Calendar】 Register period start, continuation, and end by date. View your period, predicted period window, recommended ovulation test window, and predicted ovulation day in color on the calendar.

You can also record basal temperature, ovulation test results, timing, clinic visits, and medication on the same date.

Tap a date to view that day’s journal entries. Long-press to add or edit records.

【Journal】 Freely write down how you feel, your physical condition, symptoms, and more as your own personal diary.

Records are easy to read in a bubble-style layout. Use quick input tags to quickly log timing, medication, and more.

Browse past entries by selecting a date on the calendar.

Omom does not reply to your entries.

【Dashboard】 See your average cycle length, next period and ovulation predictions, and due date estimates in one place.

You can also register your name, age, fertility step (natural timing, timed therapy, AIH, IVF, and more), marriage date, and journey start date to display information tailored to your situation.

【Basal Temperature Graph】 View your recorded basal temperature as a line graph.

Check trends alongside period days and predicted ovulation days. You can also choose a date range and save the graph as an image.

【Notifications & Alerts】 Set custom reminders for supplements, medication, clinic appointments, and more.

Built-in alerts are also available, such as 3 days before your predicted period and the day before the recommended ovulation test window.

Supports multiple time slots, including morning, noon, and evening.

【Customization】 Adjust fonts, theme colors, and timing icons. You can also customize the calendar week start and display, temperature units (°C / °F), and language (Japanese, English, Korean) to suit your preferences.

【Privacy】 Lock the app with an optional password (PIN). Data is stored on your device. No account registration required.
