IHC Portal is a secure mobile app for authorized patients, guardians, and providers of Integrative Health Carolinas.

Patients and guardians can use the app to access portal-related features, view appointment information, receive generic notifications, review patient updates, and submit permitted information to the clinic when available.

Providers can use the app to access provider-focused portal workflows, including portal queue review, patient message viewing, and notification preferences.

IHC Portal is designed to support communication and care coordination between Integrative Health Carolinas and authorized users. The app is not intended for emergencies and does not replace direct medical care, medical advice, or the official medical record.
