Unicforce is a workforce time and attendance platform for businesses and their employees. Employers provide accounts for staff to clock in/out with location and photo verification, request time off, and receive company updates. Authorized managers can also review open shifts, pending items, and time cards in the app. There is no public sign-up — accounts are set up by each employer.

ACCURATE, VERIFIED PUNCHES • Punch in and out with a simple hold-to-confirm control • Your location is checked against approved job site boundaries for punch-in and punch-out • Punch-out on a personal device is blocked when you are outside your assigned job site (kiosk devices at a fixed site are exempt) • A front-camera photo helps verify attendance at punch in and punch out • See a live shift timer while you are on the clock

BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works when connectivity is limited—punches are saved on your device and sync automatically when you are back online • View connection status and how many punches are waiting to upload • Pull to refresh job sites and keep site data up to date

TIME OFF REQUESTS • Submit time off requests directly from the app and track their status • Choose from the leave types your employer offers • Get notified when a request is approved, denied, or needs attention

YOUR SHIFT HISTORY • Review recent punch in/out times and durations in an easy-to-read format • See which records are synced and which are still pending upload

MANAGEMENT TOOLS (AUTHORIZED USERS) • Dashboard view of who is working now, open shifts, and upcoming time off • Pending items for the current pay period that need attention • Time card review for employees you are authorized to manage

WHO CAN USE UNICFORCE Unicforce is for employees of businesses that use Unicforce. If you don't have credentials, contact your employer's Director or HR.

PERMISSIONS Location is used only to confirm you are at an approved job site when punching in or out. The camera is used only to capture your photo during a punch. Notifications, if enabled, alert you to new messages, policy updates, and time off status changes. Unicforce does not record audio.
