Privacy and consent are central to GuardianNest. Children control location sharing and must approve family invitations before being linked.

GuardianNest requires an account, internet access, and location permission. Parent monitoring features require a GuardianNest Pro subscription purchased separately in the app. Background location and notifications are optional and can be managed in device settings.
