DryRide finds you the driest route before you ride - not just the fastest one.

Point to your destination and DryRide scores every available route against live weather forecasts, showing you which road keeps you driest. When rain is unavoidable, it picks the least-wet option and tells you exactly when and where you'll hit it.

HOW IT WORKS

DryRide samples weather along each route using Apple WeatherKit, time-weights rain intensity against your expected ride time, and factors in wind direction so a headwind rain hits harder than a tailwind drizzle. You get real numbers: wet distance, wet minutes, max rain chance, and when the first rain window opens.

You can switch between modes after routes load and re-rank instantly - no extra network requests.

DURING YOUR RIDE

DryRide follows you on the map with turn-by-turn maneuver guidance and runs adaptive rain checks as you ride. It checks sooner when heavy rain is ahead and backs off when skies look clear. If a meaningfully drier route opens up, it alerts you. The route line itself is colour-segmented by sampled weather, so you can see wet patches at a glance.

BUILT FOR BIKES, NOT TABLETS

DryRide is iPhone-only. The compact guidance bar keeps the map visible on a phone mount. In landscape or when vertical space is tight, it switches to a minimal layout so the essential info stays readable at a glance.

DryRide uses your precise location only to plan and navigate your route. No account, no tracking, no advertising.

Route and weather data is fetched from Apple Maps and Apple WeatherKit. DryRide does not store or share your location or destination.
