STATUS YOU EARN — AND CAN LOSE Bronze, Silver, Gold, Apex. Tiers are earned through sustained consistency (days held, completion rate, protocol difficulty) and they are losable.

Read-only: APEX reads those metrics to check habits off and never writes to Health. The integration is identified on the main protocol screen, in every health-linked habit's row and detail view, in the habit editor, and in Settings.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
