• Browse museum categories, featured content, stories, videos, and updates. • Read interactive storybooks in a focused full-screen reader. • Play supported learning activities and puzzle games. • View museum events, schedules, locations, and participation details. • Submit museum booking requests and review booking information. • Create an account through email OTP verification or continue as a guest. • Manage your profile and account-security settings. • Contact Museum Support directly in the app and receive new replies while your conversation is open. • Use Child Mode with parent-controlled access, a session timer, and kid-friendly content. • Use Parental Guidance controls for content that requires adult approval. • Join eligible events and use the Event Camera when the event is live and all access conditions are met. • Scan approved museum QR codes to open supported AR photo experiences. • Move, resize, rotate, and position supported 3D characters before taking an AR photo. • Keep supported AR and event photos in personal in-app albums and use available save, sharing, or export options.

MUSEUM SUPPORT

Museum Support allows guests and signed-in users to contact the museum directly from the app. Guest users provide their name and email before starting a conversation, while signed-in users can access support using their account information. New support replies can appear while the conversation is open.

EVENT AND AR ACCESS

Some event and AR features require camera, Photo Library, or location permission.

Venue-based experiences may require the device to be within the configured event or museum area and have a sufficiently accurate current location. Availability depends on the event, QR experience, schedule, account status, permissions, and configured access requirements.

QR AR Camera and the private AR Album are available to signed-in users for supported museum QR experiences.

BOOKING

Booking requests use the information entered in the app. Signed-in users may have their account email automatically applied to the booking form. Please review all booking details before submission.

The app does not process payments.

CHILD MODE AND PARENTAL GUIDANCE

Child Mode provides a simplified browsing experience for supported kid-friendly content. A parent or guardian controls access using a PIN and can choose an available session duration.

Parental Guidance content requires PIN approval outside Child Mode.

CONTENT AND FEATURE AVAILABILITY

Content, events, activities, media, AR experiences, and other museum features are provided by the INC Children's Museum and may change as new items become available.

An internet connection is required for online content, Museum Support, account services, booking, and other connected features.
