Purohit — Pooja & Yajmaan is a private, offline-first daily-life app built specifically for Hindu purohits and family priests. Track your pooja bookings, manage yajmaans (clients), record dakshina earnings, log devansh expenses, and check the daily panchang — all in one place, all on your phone, never on a server.

• Pooja Calendar — see every booking on an interactive month calendar with a dynamic heatmap that anchors your busiest days. Tap any date to view that day's poojas or add a new one. Quick month/year picker for jumping across the year.

• Yajmaan Manager — keep a clean list of every yajmaan you serve. View their full pooja history, upcoming bookings, cancelled poojas, and total dakshina collected. Add notes and tap any name to open their full profile.

• Cancel & Restore — cancel a pooja with reason and side (purohit's side or yajmaan's side). Cancelled poojas live in a dedicated tab and can be restored anytime.

• Devansh Tracking — record the portion of dakshina set aside for charity (devansh) and log expenses paid from that fund. Hub shows lifetime balance, this-month collected, and this-month spent at a glance.

• Daily Panchang — see today's tithi, nakshatra, yoga, karana, and shubh muhurat right on your home screen, computed from your location.

• WhatsApp Sharing — share a beautifully formatted pooja receipt or muhurat invite with your yajmaan in one tap.

PRIVACY

Purohit collects no personal data. There is no account, no login, no ads, no in-app purchases, and no analytics. All your yajmaan data, bookings, and earnings live exclusively on your device. The only network calls are: (1) optional daily blessing message from our server, (2) location lookup for panchang (one-time), and (3) WhatsApp share intents. Backup files are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only on your device with your passphrase.
