I built Bloom while pregnant because none of the apps I tried could explain what my own body was actually doing. Most pregnancy apps focus on how your baby is growing. Bloom does that too—but it also helps you understand how your body is changing.

Pregnancy changes what's considered normal. Bloom puts your health data into the context of pregnancy, helping you better understand the changes that may be expected as your pregnancy progresses.

Using your Apple Health data, Bloom explains changes in your heart rate, sleep, activity, and other health trends throughout pregnancy. Instead of comparing your data to generic averages, it compares it to your own pre-pregnancy baseline, helping you understand what's changing week by week.

Bloom combines personalized health insights with the pregnancy tools you already expect - from week-by-week baby development and symptom tracking to preparing for your next prenatal appointment.

Bloom contains no ads, no third-party trackers, and your health data stays under your control.

Bloom helps you understand patterns in your health data, but it does not diagnose medical conditions or replace professional medical advice. Always contact your healthcare provider if you have questions or concerns about your pregnancy or health.

SUBSCRIPTION

A Bloom subscription is required to use the app and unlocks all features throughout the subscription period. Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
