Privacy:

• Journal entries and check-ins remain stored on your device

• AI conversations are securely processed through Anthropic's API to generate responses

• Delete all data anytime under Settings → Privacy

Safety:

• Users must confirm they are 18 years of age or older before accessing the app

• Crisis resources, including 988 in the United States, appear throughout Talk, Check In, Journal, and Oracle

• EmoCare is a companion and reflection tool — not an emergency or crisis response service
