Clunky. The notifications stay even after viewing. And the staff doesn’t know if they want to use this app or Schoology. I know that’s a staff issue not an app issue BUT it says something about the app if people are choosing Schoology over it. Because that platform is pewp

Who knew developers of this app and got paid to implement it??? Nothing was broke before. So if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I'll get messages in this app and a teacher will say reply to the message and there's literally no way to reply. Or I will get a text telling me I have missed notifications and I'll click on that link in that text to see all the missed notifications. But if I try to go to the app it's itself separately, I don't even see any of those notifications. And this is not user error. I'm not a stupid person. It's just really not intuitive and a stupid addition to the communications. Everything was fine before. Just email us or text us like you used to. People are gonna miss a bunch of stuff now.
