This app is a property management companion application for property owners, vendors, and managers whose vacation rentals are managed by Travellir (travellir.com).

Instructions for App Reviewer:

1. Select the "Owner" tab on the sign-in screen (or Admin/Vendor).

4. Tap "Sign In" to access monthly revenue statements, reservation calendars, maintenance tracking, and property documents.

No in-app purchases or account registration fees are required; account access is provided to property management clients.

• Owner Statements — View monthly revenue breakdowns, management fees, and net payouts with detailed line-item transparency.

• Live Booking Calendar — See upcoming reservations, check-ins, and check-outs across all your properties in real time.

• Property Dashboard — Monitor occupancy rates, revenue trends, and guest ratings for each property in your portfolio.

• Maintenance Tracking — Submit and track maintenance requests with photos, priority levels, and status updates.

• Book a Call — Schedule one-on-one calls with your dedicated property manager directly from the app.
