WHAT BRUXA WILL NOT DO Bruxa does not count teeth grinding, score your night, or grade how severe it was. Detecting grinding from a phone microphone across a bedroom is not something it can do reliably enough to put a number on, and it no longer pretends otherwise — so a quiet list is not evidence that nothing happened, and Bruxa says so on the screen rather than in the small print. What it is genuinely good for is hearing your own night and taking a real recording to your dentist.

YOUR DENTIST REPORT, AND WHAT IS IN IT Only the moments you listened to and confirmed yourself, the jaw check-ins you logged, and the notes you wrote — plus the dates and lengths of your recordings. Nothing the app concluded goes into it.
