Good Voice Meter listens to your microphone and shows three things:

A Pressure Score (0-100) that tells you how much tension your voice carries right now Up to 3 Hotspot Frequencies where your voice is pushing hardest A color-coded spectrum that highlights tension zones in yellow, orange, and red Think of it as a thermal camera for your voice. Good Voice Meter runs FFT-based spectral analysis focused on the vocal pressure region (800 Hz - 5 kHz). It tracks which frequencies persist over time, separating brief peaks from sustained tension. A frequency that spikes once is ignored. A resonance that sticks around gets flagged.

The pressure score combines prominence (how much a frequency sticks out), persistence (how long it stays), and spectral tilt (whether upper-mid energy dominates unnaturally). A relaxed voice scores low. A pressed or strained voice scores high.
