Rocco's Burgers

I ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich tonight and other entrees thru Door dash. The chicken parm sandwich was uneatable . The chicken was totally Burnt. I called Roccos and was told nothing could be done. It is because the chicken is frozen and they are not uniformed insize. I have been in the restaurant business for fifty years that’s not the explanation to give to a customer. By the way i come into the restaurant frequently and have enjoyed your fast food. The person who told me that needs to Be trained in customer Relations
