HOW TO PLAY CONGKLAK Congklak is a classic strategy game played between two players on a board containing fourteen pockets and two stores. At the beginning of the game, each pocket contains seven stones. Players take turns selecting one of their pockets and distributing all stones clockwise around the board. Stones are placed into pockets and the player's own store, while the opponent's store is always skipped.

Landing your final stone in your store grants an extra turn. If your final stone lands in an empty pocket on your side of the board and the opposite pocket contains stones, those stones are captured and moved into your store.

The game ends when one player no longer has stones available in their pockets or when a player resigns. The player with the most stones collected in their store wins the game. Easy to learn but full of strategic depth, Congklak rewards planning, timing, and smart decision-making.
