Running a B&B, guesthouse, or short-term rental means juggling keys for multiple rooms, tracking which guest has which key, and knowing who to follow up with when checkout is overdue. InnKey Manager is built specifically for this workflow — not adapted from a generic key tracker.

ROOM-BASED KEY ORGANIZATION Keys are grouped by room number and floor, not just listed in a pile. At a glance you can see Room 101's primary key is with a guest, Room 201's spare is in the safe, and the housekeeping passkey is on the cart. Switch between a room-grouped view and a flat list with one tap.

5 KEY TYPES FOR REAL OPERATIONS Not all keys serve the same purpose. InnKey Manager recognizes: Primary (guest use), Spare (emergency backup), Staff (employee access), Cleaning (housekeeping), and Master (property manager). Each type is color-coded so you can identify it at a glance.

GUEST CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT TRACKING When you hand a key to a guest, log the issuance in seconds. Record their name, contact, booking platform (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or Direct booking), and reservation reference number. Set the expected checkout date and the app will flag overdue returns automatically.

BOOKING PLATFORM INTEGRATION Works with every platform you use. Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, direct bookings — log the reservation source and reference number alongside each guest record so you always know where the booking came from.

OVERDUE ALERTS The Dashboard surfaces overdue checkouts immediately — no scrolling through lists. See at a glance which guests are past their checkout date and who to contact.

PROPERTY DASHBOARD A single screen shows your current guest count, active key loans, overdue checkouts, and key distribution across area types. Recently updated keys and current guests are always visible without digging.

PHOTO DOCUMENTATION Photograph each physical key so staff can identify the right key without reading tags. Capture the key, keychain tag, and storage location in one record.
