Cleaners can:

• View assigned jobs • Access unit and cleaning instructions • Start and complete cleaning jobs • Record collected and provided linen quantities • Add job notes • Upload before, after, key/access-card, and damage photos • Report problems • Mark jobs ready for inspection

Client users can:

• Create cleaning requests • View past and upcoming bookings • Monitor booking status • Manage their units • View operational summaries and linen holdings • Receive in-app booking and cleaning notifications
