MOOD JOURNAL

Log how you feel each day in under thirty seconds. Select a mood level, add optional tags, and write a note if something is worth remembering. The weekly chart shows your emotional pattern at a glance. A reflection prompt changes each session to keep entries honest.

A curated quote surfaces each morning. Browse by category success, resilience, mindfulness, happiness, growth or save quotes you want to return to. The pick of the day rotates automatically.

TODAY VIEW

One screen brings together your active goals, today's focus suggestion, a mood check-in prompt, your current streak, and an overall progress score. Nothing requires navigation to understand where you stand.

INSIGHTS

Your journal streak, total entries, and weekly mood average update in real time. The habit tracker inside each goal records which days you checked in over the past seven days.
