Recovery isn't a straight line, and you don't have to walk it alone. Recovery Space gives you gentle, judgment-free support between sessions and a direct line to a coach who understands.

What you'll find inside:

• Your coach, close by — Message Coach Asmaa privately through text, voice notes, and photos. Your conversations stay between the two of you.

• Daily check-ins — A 30-second moment to notice how you're feeling, with no pressure and no numbers. Small, kind reflections that help you stay connected to yourself.

• Coaching programs — Structured recovery programs with one-on-one sessions you can book and manage right in the app.

• A gentle self-assessment — A short, private reflection to help you understand where you are and what kind of support might help next.

• Caring reminders — Soft nudges to check in, always optional and never demanding.

Our approach:

Recovery Space is built around compassion, not control. You won't find calorie counts, weights, diet plans, or appearance talk here — ever. The focus is your relationship with food, your emotions, and yourself.

Your privacy matters:

Your space is truly private. Your messages, check-ins, and reflections are encrypted and visible only to you and your coach. You can export or delete your data at any time.
