WOW Fitness Live

WOW Fitness helps members follow assigned fitness and wellness programs from their coach. Members can sign in to view daily tasks, open diet plans and documents, track habits and progress, save progress photos, and message their coach.

The app is designed for existing WOW Fitness members who receive structured programs through the connected CMS. Coaches and admins assign content, monitor progress, and support members through the service.

WOW Fitness provides wellness, nutrition, fitness, and coaching support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency services.
