CasaRay is a premium Apple-native smart-home controller for Home Assistant.

Control rooms, lights, access devices, covers, climate, scenes, cameras, and energy from a native app built for large homes. CasaRay keeps Home Assistant as the provider source of truth, then normalizes devices into calm, fast Apple-platform surfaces for iPhone, iPad, Mac, widgets, and Shortcuts.

CasaRay Free connects one Home Assistant home and keeps its complete rooms and devices visible, with live state, device control, camera snapshots and live streams, basic notifications, widgets, and everyday personalization. CasaRay Plus adds a notification inbox and rules, imported Home Assistant dashboards, and advanced tab/provider customization. There is no device-count cutoff or partial-home import.

CasaRay also includes a local Preview Mode so users and App Review can inspect the product without a Home Assistant server.

CasaRay is local-first and privacy focused. It does not require a CasaRay cloud account in V1. Home Assistant credentials are stored locally in Keychain. Provider inventory, camera data, energy data, and preferences stay on the user's devices; optional notification delivery uses the relay described in the privacy policy.
