• Walk through stock counts location by location — top fridge, bar, dry store, makeline. Tap in the quantity, Stoka totals tax (GST 10% or WET 29%) and delivery fees automatically.

• Log deliveries on the spot — pick the supplier, tap in line items with quantities and prices. Inventory prices refresh for you so recipe costs always reflect what you actually paid.

• Add and edit inventory items with unit, tax classification, supplier and category.

• Build recipes with ingredients pulled live from inventory. Unit conversions just work — 30g of garlic priced per kg costs $0.16, not $161.

• Menu Costing — see every dish's cost per portion, suggested selling price, food cost % and gross margin at a glance. Sort by worst margin first to find your money-leaks.

• Pull up recent counts and deliveries any time, edit on the fly.
