RAIIVO agreements are legally binding electronic signatures grounded in Mexico's Código de Comercio (Arts. 89/97 — Firma Electrónica Avanzada), with international equivalents under U.S. ESIGN Act and EU eIDAS regulation. All data is encrypted with AES-256 and transmitted over TLS 1.2/1.3.
