Setlist Lab compares several tuning stages against one captured instrument setup. See per-string tension, range outliers and pitch changes between songs before changing a real instrument.

HOW TO USE THE UPGRADE

1. Open Setlist and capture the current instrument, scale lengths, strings and reference pitch.
2. Add tuning stages and enter pitches for every string. Review stage totals, string values and moves between stages.
3. Save the setlist. Prepare a CSV with the pitches, unit weights, gauge sources and calculated values.

The tension calculator, tuning library, personal ranges, string finder and comparison tools remain available. Native tabs put Setlist beside the calculator; additional tools are grouped under Explore.

WHAT TO KNOW One to eight stages with matching string counts; up to 50 saved setlists. Results use the app catalog and its interpolated unit weights. Estimates do not establish neck, bridge or string safety and do not apply changes to your instrument. The earlier all-fourths gauge study is a simplified model; its assumptions differ from Setlist Lab.
