Jelly Mobile is the official field operations companion for Jelly POS. Built for delivery drivers and field staff, it puts your assigned route, order details, and proof-of-delivery tools in your pocket — and keeps working even when you lose signal.

YOUR ROUTE, AT A GLANCE • See every order assigned to you, in the order you’re meant to run them. • Filter by All, Ready, or On Truck. • One tap to open turn-by-turn directions to the delivery address. • The list re-syncs automatically as dispatch makes changes — get notified the moment an order is assigned to you or removed from your queue.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED ON A STOP • View full order details: customer, address, line items, totals, and notes. • Clock in and out of individual orders to track time on site. • Add notes to an order from the field. • Attach photos straight from your camera as proof of delivery. • Capture a customer signature right on the device — which automatically clocks you out of the order. • Mark an order Complete, or flag it as Unable to deliver with a reason. • Email a PDF copy of the order to the customer. • Text the customer an “on our way” message with a live tracking link — sent from your company number, so your personal number stays private. • Remove an order from your route when it’s no longer yours.

WORKS OFFLINE — SYNCS WHEN YOU’RE BACK Lost signal in a basement or a dead zone? Keep working. Notes, photos, signatures, completions, and clock events are saved on the device and sent automatically the moment you reconnect. A clear status indicator shows when you’re synced, syncing, or offline with items still pending.

REAL-TIME LOCATION FOR DISPATCH While you’re on the clock, Jelly Mobile shares your location with dispatch so the team can see your progress on the live map. A persistent notification keeps you informed that sharing is active — and lets you stop sharing or log out at any time, even while you’re using other apps like Maps.

REQUIREMENTS Jelly Mobile requires an active Jelly POS account. It is intended for use by employees and authorized drivers of businesses running Jelly POS.
