PRIVATE BY DESIGN — OUR PROMISE Some expense apps want access to your messages or inbox to auto-log purchases. ExpenseFlow deliberately does not — and never will. Nothing in the app reads your texts or email. Automatic help comes only from actions you choose: quick-typing a line, speaking a voice note, snapping a receipt, or sharing a screenshot.

NEW — IMPORT FROM A SCREENSHOT (Premium) Screenshot your bank app, card app or payment history — or a single payment notification — and bring it into ExpenseFlow. Share it straight from Photos, or pick it from the Add screen. AI reads the amount, the merchant and the date, suggests a category and subcategory, and shows you every entry to confirm and edit before anything is saved. Send them to your personal ledger, a shared group, a business, or an office trip. Screenshots are used only to pull out the transactions and are not kept.

Premium is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel in Settings.
