HOW IT WORKS • Add a few friends by username — no contact syncing, ever. • Make a private group: two people, or your whole crew. • When it's your turn, Waffle gives you a gentle nudge. Record a quick video or voice note — your "waffle" — and send it to the group. • Watch your friends' waffles, reply in the chat, and pick it up again next time.
