HOW TO FILM Set your iPhone on a stable surface, to the side of the player or behind them. When live detection is available, the guide turns green when the player is fully in frame. Pick your dominant hand: the guide flips for left-handers.

Turn your iPhone to landscape and the result fills the screen, shot by shot. In a comparison, the two videos play side by side when both are available.

Film two new sessions with the same stroke and camera view to compare their results.

Share up to five shots from a session as a file on your device, from the iOS Share menu. You choose who receives it and how; delivery and storage then depend on the service you choose.

The biomechanical analysis runs on your iPhone: your video is not sent away to be analyzed. You decide whether to share a session, and with whom.
