Daily Memory Walk is a gentle memory-training app: capture each day with photos, then recall those memories yourself to keep your mind sharp.

■ How it works

1. Take photos — Capture moments you want to remember: things that happened, people you met, food you ate.
2. Evening reflection — Before bed, swipe through today's photos and write a short note about each moment or how you felt.
3. Morning recall — Recall what happened two days ago without looking at photos. Just write whatever you remember.

■ Why two days ago? Memories that are too recent are still vivid, and ones too far back have faded. A two-day gap is known to best build your power to retrieve memories. It's okay if you can't quite remember — the effort of recalling is itself the training.
