Flight Fuel is a professional fuel uplift calculator and tech log companion built for airline pilots, corporate aviators, and fuel engineers. Covering your complete fuelling workflow from arrival shut down through to departure discrepancy check.

Designed by an active B737-800 First Officer, every field and calculation has been built around how fuelling actually works on the ramp.

FUEL CALCULATIONS Flight Fuel follows the standard A through I tech log fuelling sequence used across commercial aviation worldwide.

• A — Arrival shut down FOB
• B — Fuel used on the ground
• C — Indicated FOB pre-refuel (A minus B)
• D — Required departure fuel
• E — Required uplift (D minus C)
• F — Actual uplift converted from truck volume using SG
• G — Indicated FOB at departure
• H — Calculated FOB difference (G minus C)
• I — Discrepancy in kg or lbs with percentage

Discrepancy thresholds are configurable. ICAO defaults applied out of the box — green within 2.5%, amber to 5%, red above 5%. Uplift in litres or US gallons. SG adjustable in 0.001 increments with quick-set presets. Multiple receipt support for split uplifts. Full KG and LBS display throughout.

TECH LOG Generates a clean Aircraft Fuel Statement matching the standard tech log fuelling layout. Every field from A through I presented alongside fuel type, SG, total litres, supplier, and receipt numbers.

Share as a PDF via WhatsApp, email, AirDrop, or any share destination. Formatted to A4 for clean record keeping. Add your operator name in settings and it appears as a header on every statement.

AIRCRAFT MANAGEMENT Build and manage your personal fleet. Registration autocomplete is active across all entry points — type a partial registration and Flight Fuel suggests matching aircraft and fills in the type automatically. Sync your fleet from fuel history with a single tap.

ETOPS AND OIL CONSUMPTION Enter sector time and quarts added to calculate consumption rate in QTS/HR. Set your maximum allowable rate in settings — result flagged green or red accordingly.

HISTORY Searchable record of every fuel entry. Search by registration, flight number, aircraft type, or date. Edit, export as PDF, or delete any record. Tap any entry for a full breakdown of every calculated field.
