WHAT PARENTS AND GUARDIANS GET With the learner's school enabling the feature, parents and guardians can:

• Pay for lessons or packages on the learner's behalf
• Get booking reminders and lesson updates

LOCATION DURING LESSONS With permission, DriveFlow can capture lesson route and location information so the learner, their instructor, their school, and (where the school enables it) their parent or guardian can see where the lesson went and review key moments. Location access is requested at the time the feature is used and you can decline at any time.

INSTRUCTOR SAFETY DriveFlow is designed to be used before and after lessons, and during lessons by a person who is not driving. Instructors must not use the app while driving or while supervising a learner who is driving — using a mobile device in those moments is dangerous and, in most circumstances, illegal under Australian road rules.

PRICING DriveFlow is free for learners and parents. Driving schools pay a commission per booking made through the platform. Payments to and from schools are processed by Stripe in Australian Dollars (AUD).

PRIVACY We take privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and how we use it — written in plain English. Learners under 18 can use DriveFlow with the involvement of their parents or guardians, in line with their school's onboarding process.
