Bunker Stem does not require login, cloud sync or a live network connection for the active workflow. Public data pack values are handled as source-backed assumptions; user-entered BDN, MFM, lab and price evidence remains authoritative.

Bunker Stem is not an eBDN issuance platform, supplier marketplace, purchasing system or live bunker price service. It is built as a receiving-side proof layer for crews, surveyors, port agents and operators who need to understand what happened during delivery.
