Printable Schedules & Agendas
Print Calendar PDF turns the calendars and reminders already on your iPhone and iPad into clean PDF files you can print, save, share, or archive. No account, no sync, no uploads.
Pick the calendars you want, choose a date range, and get a PDF that is actually built for paper — readable type, honest page breaks, and event titles that wrap instead of getting cut off.
WHAT YOU CAN MAKE
- Month grids for the fridge, the kitchen wall, or a notice board
- Week and day sheets for a tighter view of what is coming
- List layouts that read like a printed agenda, one line per event
- Year archives with a cover page and a section for every month
- Two months on a single page when you want a compact overview
BUILT FOR REAL PRINTING
- Letter and A4, portrait or landscape
- Four text sizes, up to an extra-large setting for easier reading
- Five print styles, including an ink saver mode for cheap black-and-white output
- Sunday or Monday week start, 12-hour or 24-hour times
- Multi-day and all-day events drawn across the days they actually cover
EVERYTHING THAT MATTERS ON THE PAGE
Most printouts drop the useful parts. This one does not have to. Add locations, notes, and reminders with due dates, or attach a detail appendix that gives every event its own full entry — the address, the note, the time, all of it.
START FROM A TEMPLATE
Family Fridge, Medical Appointments, Work Schedule, Archive, and Large Print each set up the layout, text size, and detail switches for you. They are a starting point, not a cage — every option is still yours to change.
COME BACK NEXT MONTH IN ONE TAP
Quick Start remembers the settings from your last successful monthly export and offers them again, already filled in. Turn on the optional month-end reminder and your iPhone will nudge you on the last day of each month, scheduled locally on the device.
PREVIEW, THEN PRINT
See the finished PDF full screen, page by page, before you commit. Then print over AirPrint, share it, save it to Files, or send it to whoever needs a copy. Every export is kept in a local history you can reopen, re-share, or delete.
PRIVACY IS THE DEFAULT, NOT A SETTING
Your calendar stays on your device. PDFs are generated on the iPhone or iPad you are holding. There is no account to create, no server to sync with, no third-party advertising, and no analytics collecting your event titles, notes, locations, or reminders.
WORKS THE WAY YOU DO
The app speaks 15 languages and lets you switch inside Settings without touching iOS. Light and dark themes included. Optimized for iPad, where a split view puts your settings on one side and a live preview on the other.
Print Calendar PDF is for anyone who still needs a paper copy of their week — parents running a household, caregivers tracking appointments, freelancers keeping records, and anyone who thinks more clearly with a calendar on the wall.
FILES, PRINTERS, AND EVERYTHING ELSE
Send a finished PDF straight to any AirPrint printer, drop it into Files or iCloud Drive, email it, or hand it to any app through the share sheet. Nothing is locked in — it is an ordinary PDF, so it opens anywhere, prints anywhere, and keeps working long after you stop using this app.
